Well, I was hoping to say that the Mavs drafted Sasha. I'm not talking about my wife. I'm talking about Sasha Kaun, Center from Kansas. He....not she....was drafted tonight in the NBA draft. The Mavs had no first round pick. It had been traded to New Jersey in the Jason Kidd deal.
Instead of Sasha (Russian pronunciaton), the Mavs selected Shan Foster. Shan was the all time leading scorer in Vanderbilt History. He also was the consensus SEC Player of the Year and Second Team All-American. I think the Mavs got a steal in the second round.
Hope Springs Eternal on Draft Night. :)

Hey Brother Rusty, this is Colton. Shan Foster is pretty sick. LSU plays them in conference play. He's big for a guard, 6'6"/205 lbs. I think they definetely got a steal. See you Sunday!
